The company has appointed Keith Pearce as its Chief Marketing Officer to lead the go-to-market strategy for its AI-driven Customer OS. Pearce, a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience, has held prominent roles at Salesforce, Genesys, and Alteryx, where he previously served as CMO. His appointment follows Gainsight’s significant strides in 2024, including the launch of advanced AI offerings, the acquisition of Staircase AI, and a key partnership with SAP to integrate Gainsight CS with SAP Sales Cloud.
Pearce brings extensive marketing leadership experience, having served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Demand Generation at Genesys. He also held roles at Salesforce as Vice President of Product Marketing for Service Cloud and at Allianz Group as Director of Marketing for Specialty Markets. Pearce's career highlights his expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and driving growth across industries. Gainsight’s Customer OS aims to address the fragmented post-sales landscape by unifying customer data and orchestrating personalized journeys that drive retention and growth.
