Powered by Rollio's conversational AI platform, the agent facilitates effective teamwork by resolving process exceptions through a natural language interface and inter-department collaboration. This innovation is part of AgentC, Celonis' suite of AI tools, which integrates partner-developed AI agents to provide advanced process intelligence solutions. According to Eugenio Cassiano, Celonis’ SVP of strategy and innovation, the tool democratizes access to process insights, enabling teams to make informed decisions seamlessly within their everyday collaboration tools.
The Campari Group, an Italian spirits company, is one of the organizations embracing the Process Collaboration Agent to streamline operations. Since adopting Celonis in 2019, Campari has realized millions in value through improvements in cash flow, lead time reductions, and increased automation. The company recently incorporated the agent to optimize credit block clearance, minimizing delays and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Laura Buseghin, Campari’s process optimization director, highlighted the benefits of the agent in managing process exceptions efficiently, reducing manual interventions, and enhancing workflow agility.
