Malaysia Airlines has renewed its long-term strategic agreement with PROS Holdings, a provider of AI-powered SaaS pricing, CPQ, revenue management, and digital offer marketing, to continue utilizing the PROS Revenue Management Advantage (RMA) solution. This extension reinforces the collaboration between the airline and PROS, highlighting the value of AI-powered technology in driving operational efficiency and profitability. With the help of PROS RMA, Malaysia Airlines has successfully adopted dynamic pricing strategies and accurately forecasted demand, leading to optimized offers that have contributed to two consecutive years of profitability post-COVID-19.
As an early adopter of PROS RMA and Willingness-to-Pay technology in 2020, Malaysia Airlines has benefited from the platform’s adaptive capabilities to respond effectively to market dynamics.
