For Adeptia, it’s “new year, new you” – times two

It’s easy to make New Year’s Resolutions, but showing you’re serious about change tends to be much harder. Not so for Adeptia, a B2B data integration and business connectivity solutions. They didn’t just talk about making big changes in January. They showed it.

First, the Chicago, Illinois-based company introduced Charles Nardi as Chief Executive Officer, bringing the 30-year veteran of the software and technology industries on board to drive growth, operational efficiency, and product expansion. Previously the CEO of Zudy Software, a low-code application development platform, Nardi continued his critical work even after Zudy was sold to Jitterbit.

“Charles has a deep understanding of the integration technology landscape and a demonstrated ability to drive sustained growth in highly competitive markets,” said Bill Skarinka, Managing Director at PSG Capital, which backs Adeptia. “We believe that his leadership and vision are exactly what we need to guide Adeptia through its next stage of growth and innovation.”

In February, under Nardi’s leadership, Adeptia appointed Geoff Mueller as its Chief Operating Officer. Mueller previously worked for 12 years in a variety of strategic roles at General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital and growth equity firm. He provided portfolio oversight for over 400 investments globally, primarily in SaaS, consumer internet, medical devices, clean energy and frontier technology industries.

Mueller is currently a board member at Hayden & Co., where prior to joining Adeptia he spearheaded financial forecasting and discipline, enhanced operational efficiency and helped lead Hayden’s sale process through an initial exit in 2023. “Geoff’s proven experience in leading companies through transformational growth will position us for long-term success as we scale,” said Nardi.

Like most New Year’s changes that stick, these moves portend more growth, more development, and more positive outcomes. Not everyone can keep up that momentum, but Nardi sure seems adept at it, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
