Lodgify has appointed Shaun Shirazian as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Co-Founder Dennis Klett, who will transition to a Non-Executive Board member role. Shirazian brings extensive experience in the SaaS and technology sectors, having previously served as Chief Product Officer at Pipedrive, and held leadership positions at Intuit and Procter & Gamble. As CEO, Shirazian will focus on strengthening Lodgify's product offerings, expanding its market presence, and helping more independent vacation rental hosts optimize their businesses through the platform's property management system. Joaquim Lechá, former CEO of Typeform, also joins Lodgify as Chairman of the Board to support the company's growth.
Klett stated, "Shaun's customer-first mindset and deep expertise in product innovation make him the ideal leader to drive Lodgify's next growth chapter, reinforcing our leading position." Lodgify, created in 2012, helps independent hosts and property managers simplify operations, handle reservations, and improve guest experiences. The technology lets hosts establish websites, take direct bookings, and sync property data with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia.
