Phelan brings more than 25 years of experience in technology and product leadership, with a background in product development, cloud operations, and IT transformation. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Hyland Software, where he contributed to significant business growth and integrated AI into the company’s technology. Phelan expressed enthusiasm about joining WorkWave during a key period of innovation and is committed to enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
