Founder, CEO Tooey Courtemanche Shifts to Executive Chairman Role

Procore Technologies, a provider of construction management software, has announced that its Founder, President, and CEO, Tooey Courtemanche, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman after a successor is appointed. Until then, Courtemanche will continue in his current role as CEO. The company’s Board of Directors will begin a comprehensive search for the next CEO. Courtemanche expressed his commitment, stating, “I made this decision with the confidence that our business foundation is strong and now is the right time to begin the process of finding a new CEO who will build on our momentum and lead the Company through its next phase of growth. When the time comes for me to transition to Executive Chairman, my commitment to our customers and the Company's success will remain as strong as ever.”

Graham Smith, Procore’s Lead Independent Director, highlighted Courtemanche’s contribution to establishing the company as a trusted technology platform for the construction industry. Smith stated that the Board’s priority is to find a leader who will uphold Procore’s mission of connecting the construction industry through a unified platform while driving further growth. Procore also reaffirmed its financial guidance for the first quarter and full-year fiscal 2025, as outlined in its previous earnings report.
