Altimetrik to Acquire SLK Software in Strategic Move Toward AI-First Digital Engineering

Altimetrik has signed a definitive agreement to acquire SLK Software, a move aimed at strengthening its AI, data, and digital engineering offerings. The transaction, set to close in the second half of 2025, will expand Altimetrik’s client base and support its growth toward $1 billion in annual revenue. SLK brings two decades of experience in intelligent automation and analytics, enhancing Altimetrik’s ability to modernize enterprise platforms. Once completed, the combined company will serve more than 150 clients globally, including Fortune 500 firms and leading tech businesses, while expanding its workforce to over 10,000 professionals. The new entity will also leverage partnerships with organizations such as OpenAI, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
