Aurigo Software, a software building company has launched Aurigo Lumina, an advanced artificial intelligence platform aimed at enhancing capital planning and construction management processes. Lumina integrates with Aurigo’s flagship product, Masterworks, to streamline data retrieval, improve decision-making, and boost productivity for infrastructure and facility owners. The platform debuts with two applications. The first is Lumina GPT, which uses generative AI and natural language processing to simplify data searches. The second is Lumina Analytics, which employs machine learning to optimize project schedules and budgets. Key features of Lumina include intuitive natural language searches, critical insights across files, risk analysis, and actionable suggestions to prevent project overruns.
Aurigo plans to expand the Lumina platform in 2025 with advanced risk management tools focusing on real-time risk scoring and trend analysis. These innovations align with the growing AI market in construction, projected to reach $4.51 billion by 2026. Aurigo’s solutions, already trusted by more than 300 customers in North America, manage more than $300 billion in capital programs. CEO Balaji Sreenivasan said that Lumina would transform infrastructure project management by leveraging AI to deliver advanced insights and analytics. Based in Austin, Texas, with offices in Canada and India, Aurigo continues to focus on developing tools to ensure efficient planning, building, and maintenance of infrastructure assets.
