Brightly Software, a Siemens company specializing in asset lifecycle management solutions, has appointed Wendy Frazier as its new Chief Technology Officer. Frazier brings more than two decades of experience in technology leadership, most recently serving at The Weather Company for 25 years. During her career, she has led key initiatives in data analytics, API integration, IoT deployment, and full lifecycle application development. Her work has consistently focused on improving software quality, maintaining compliance, and enhancing system reliability. Frazier has also contributed to industry development as a Board Member of Women in Technology since 2017. Her appointment follows the recent addition of Chief Financial Officer Saanchika Weerasinghe, strengthening the company’s executive leadership team.
In her new role, Frazier will guide Brightly’s technology strategy and collaborate closely with the product management team to align technical execution with business goals. She will focus on delivering scalable solutions that support clients in managing the full lifecycle of their assets and infrastructure.
