Constellation Software Appoints New Board Members at Annual Meeting

Constellation Software announced the results of its annual general shareholders’ meeting held on May 13, 2025, where nine individuals were elected to the company’s board of directors. Each nominee listed in the management proxy circular dated March 28, 2025, received strong shareholder support and secured a position on the board through ballot voting. Final voting details will be filed with Canadian securities regulators. The company also confirmed that Jeff Bender, Susan Gayner, Mark Miller, Lori O’Neill, Dexter Salna, Barry Symons, and Robin Van Poelje did not seek re-election. Constellation Software expressed appreciation for their service and contributions during their time as board members.
