EPAM Names Balazs Fejes as Next CEO in Planned Leadership Transition

EPAM Systems has announced a planned leadership transition effective September 1, 2025, with current Chairman, CEO, and President Arkadiy Dobkin stepping into the role of Executive Chairman. Balazs Fejes, the company’s President of Global Business and Chief Revenue Officer, will take over as CEO and President. Dobkin, who founded EPAM in 1993, will continue contributing to the company’s long-term strategy, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting its overall direction. This transition comes after decades of growth under Dobkin’s leadership, including EPAM’s IPO in 2012, its inclusion in the S&P 500 Index, and recent expansion into AI-focused solutions and new global markets.
