Greenshades Software has appointed Vince Murdica as its new Chief Executive Officer, with Co-Founder and veteran CEO David Rosas transitioning into a Senior Advisory role. The leadership change comes as Greenshades, supported by WayPoint Capital Partners and ACE & Company, aims to expand its presence in the human capital management (HCM) market. Murdica stated, “I’m honored to step into this role to build on the strong foundation established by David Rosas and his leadership team as we continue growing Greenshades into the world's leading human capital management software provider.” He emphasized the company’s focus on tailored solutions, adding that Greenshades offers industry-specific HCM solutions tailored for sectors like staffing and transportation, addressing complex needs that generic platforms can't meet.
Murdica brings over 25 years of software and growth leadership experience, most recently serving as global head of growth for human resources compliance at Mitratech. He has led several successful exits and scaled companies through various stages of growth. “It’s been a privilege to start and lead Greenshades over the past 23 years, but I'm ready to welcome a new leader to guide the company for this next phase of growth,” said Rosas. “Vince is the perfect leader to take us into this next chapter.”
