HubSpot to Acquire Cacheflow, Enhancing Commerce Hub with Subscription Billing and CPQ Tools

HubSpot, a customer platform focused on helping businesses scale, has announced its intention to acquire Cacheflow, a leading B2B solution specializing in subscription billing management and configure, price, quote (CPQ) systems. This acquisition will enable HubSpot to integrate advanced subscription billing and CPQ capabilities within its Commerce Hub, a platform introduced in 2023 to support simple invoicing and payment functions. Since its launch, Commerce Hub has processed over $1 billion in gross merchandise volume, reflecting significant adoption among businesses. With Cacheflow's addition, HubSpot aims to further streamline the quote-to-cash process, enabling faster revenue collection and a more efficient buying experience for customers.

Cacheflow is known for its no-code, user-focused solution that automates the sales flow for B2B SaaS companies, allowing customers to configure quotes, close deals with interactive links, and manage renewals and upselling efficiently. Yamini Rangan, CEO of HubSpot, emphasized that Cacheflow's solutions align well with HubSpot's mission to simplify commerce by enhancing both the subscription billing and CPQ aspects of the purchasing experience. Following the transaction, Cacheflow will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of HubSpot, joining a platform that already features AI-powered customer engagement tools, a Smart CRM, and a connected ecosystem with over 1,700 app integrations.
