Auction Software, founded in 2015 by Rajesh Rajaram, specializes in auction and marketplace solutions, while Simple Auction Site provides auction platform services for sports collectibles and fine wine. Together, they have built a strong reputation in delivering private-label and SaaS auction platforms for businesses across various industries.
The acquisition supports Liquidity Services’ strategy to provide businesses of all sizes with advanced auction technology. CEO Bill Angrick stated that the company remains committed to serving Auction Software and Simple Auction Site’s clients with professionalism, data security, and reliability. Liquidity Services will retain Rajaram, partner Josh Freedman, and existing employees to ensure continuity of service.
