Manychat Secures $140M in Series B Funding to Enhance AI-Driven Messaging Platform

Manychat, a company helping businesses automate customer chats, has raised $140 million in a Series B funding round led by Summit Partners. The investment follows steady growth, with Manychat now serving around 1.5 million users across 170 countries. Manychat’s CEO and Co-Founder, Mike Yan, shared that the company sends billions of messages annually across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. The new investment will be used to enhance research and development, especially in integrating more artificial intelligence into its offerings, as well as to strengthen the company’s global sales, marketing, and support efforts.
