Milemarker, a technology platform, has named Kailash Duraiswami as its Chief Technology Officer, a position in which he will oversee the company's technology strategy, development, and innovation. Duraiswami brings extensive experience in financial technology, having previously founded Pantenix, an artificial intelligence platform that automated data-entry processes for alternative investments. Pantenix was acquired by Orion Advisor Solutions in 2021, and Duraiswami continued as a key architect on Orion’s data streaming platform. Co-founder Jud Mackrill and CEO Kyle Van Pelt highlighted his ability to scale technology and deliver impactful solutions for advisory firms.
Milemarker helps advisory firms, independent broker-dealers, and registered investment advisors simplify, consolidate, and integrate systems. System synchronization, firm analytics, and investment centers are among the six sectors the company covers to improve data and operations management. Duraiswami, a graduate of Emory University with a background in financial economics and software engineering, is expected to strengthen Milemarker’s technology team and enhance its platform’s capabilities. His leadership is set to contribute to the company’s mission of helping advisory firms optimize their operations and data management.
