Fresh off a $500 million Series C led by General Atlantic, Nerdio is doubling down on its mission to simplify Microsoft cloud for managed service providers. The funding pushed the company’s valuation past $1 billion and follows a stretch of rapid expansion, including more than 85% year-over-year ARR growth and a customer base that now spans 15,000 organizations in over 50 countries. As hybrid work becomes the norm and Microsoft’s ecosystem grows increasingly complex, Nerdio is emerging as a practical solution for MSPs looking to manage cloud environments more efficiently and with less overhead.
The company’s push began last November, when it expanded its Nerdio Manager for MSP platform with new Modern Work capabilities, allowing partners to manage the full Microsoft 365 environment—not just Azure Virtual Desktop. With support for Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Defender, Nerdio gave MSPs a centralized, policy-driven way to handle everything from endpoint security to chat permissions. Around the same time, it introduced a new per-tenant pricing model—$50 per tenant per month—designed to offer more predictable costs across both large and small deployments.
By early 2025, both updates were gaining traction. MSPs managing Office 365 migrations and multi-tenant environments began adopting Nerdio’s new pricing and enhanced support offerings, the latter launched in January to help partners troubleshoot beyond the platform itself—including FSLogix, Intune, and Defender configurations. Backed by fresh capital and real-world validation, Nerdio is doubling down on its strategy: simplify Microsoft cloud management, keep pricing clear, and give MSPs the support they need to scale confidently.
