NTT DATA, a global provider of digital and technology services operating in over 50 countries, has appointed Anne-Sophie Lotgering as Chief Executive Officer for Europe, effective September 1, 2025. She will report directly to Abhijit Dubey, President and Global CEO of NTT DATA, Inc., and join the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Lotgering succeeds Chieri Kimura and brings over 20 years of leadership experience across IT services and telecommunications. Most recently, she served as CEO of Proximus NXT IT, where she led integration efforts across Benelux markets and advanced strategic initiatives in cloud, cybersecurity, and data services.
Lotgering’s previous roles include senior leadership positions at Microsoft and The Orange Group, and she holds board experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Abhijit Dubey, President and CEO, NTT DATA, stated, “Anne-Sophie’s visionary leadership and wealth of experience in driving digital transformation will play a key role in accelerating our growth and innovation in Europe.” Lotgering expressed enthusiasm for the new role, stating, “I am very excited to be joining NTT DATA on September 1st as part of Abhijit Dubey’s management team to further drive client centricity, sustainable growth and thought leadership in Europe.” She holds both bachelor's and master’s degrees from Sorbonne University, with a strong academic foundation in international business. Based in Belgium, she brings a deep understanding of the European market.
