Odessa Names Joe Juliano as New CEO to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Odessa, an asset finance software firm, has appointed Joe Juliano as Chief Executive Officer. Juliano brings over three decades of experience leading enterprise software companies across global markets. Before joining Odessa, he served as CEO of MercuryGate, where he helped expand the company’s global presence and delivery capabilities in the transportation management sector. His leadership background includes key roles at IQNavigator, RedPrairie, PrimeRevenue, and SAP Ariba, where he focused on product advancement, client outcomes, and strategic growth. Odessa’s Leadership and Investors expressed strong support for Juliano’s appointment, citing his expertise in scaling software organizations and delivering long-term customer value.

Juliano succeeds a legacy of growth and will focus on accelerating the company’s operations and technology offerings. He officially began his role by engaging directly with clients at the company’s Innovate 2025 event, held on April 30 in Philadelphia. Juliano holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Westminster College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
