OutSystems Names Woodson Martin as CEO Following $5699M Revenue Milestone

OutSystems has announced the appointment of Woodson Martin as its new Chief Executive Officer, coinciding with the company reaching over $569 million in revenue. Martin succeeds Founder Paulo Rosado, who will remain involved as Chairman of the Board and strategic advisor. OutSystems, which serves over 2,000 customers globally and partners with more than 500 firms, aims to scale its operations and technology under Martin’s leadership. Martin brings extensive experience from Salesforce, where he held Senior Roles for over 18 years, most recently overseeing the AppExchange platform used by thousands of customers and developers worldwide.

The leadership change comes as OutSystems expands its AI capabilities with the launch of Mentor, a tool that automates application creation and software lifecycle processes. Within its first quarter of availability, Mentor was used to build more than 2,500 applications through the OutSystems Developer Cloud. Martin emphasized, “We will power the next generation of apps and agents built and managed through AI, delivered on a proven platform that thousands of customers trust.
