Procare Solutions, a provider of child care management software, has announced the appointment of Joe Gomes as its new President and CEO. Gomes brings 25 years of leadership experience, having previously served as President and CEO of PowerPlan, a Roper Technologies company specializing in financial software for asset-intensive industries. During his tenure, he led the company through significant growth and development. His prior roles also include leadership positions at IPA, MedAssets, WebMD, and Eli Lilly & Company. Gomes holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Auburn University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He aims to strengthen the company's position in the industry while continuing to develop tools that enhance child care, safety, and education.
