Salesforce and Google Cloud Collaborate on Autonomous Agentforce Technology

On September 17, 2024, Salesforce, a leading AI CRM provider, and Google Cloud announced an expanded partnership aimed at enhancing collaboration through the creation of Salesforce Agentforce Agents. These autonomous agents will operate seamlessly across Salesforce Customer 360 and Google Workspace applications, allowing users to leverage existing bidirectional integrations to improve productivity while ensuring robust privacy and data protections. The Agentforce features will be available later this year, enabling users to develop custom agents capable of performing tasks without the need to move or copy data, thanks to Zero Copy technology.

The integration allows Agentforce agents to utilize data from Google BigQuery, enhancing the accuracy and trustworthiness of AI responses.
