Salesforce Appoints Robin Washington Chief Operating and Financial Officer

Salesforce announced that Robin Washington will assume the role of President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COFO) on March 21, 2025. In this newly created position, Washington will oversee financial strategy, operational efficiency, and profitable growth while supporting the company’s focus on AI-driven business transformation. Washington has been a member of the Salesforce Board since 2013, previously serving as Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and as Lead Independent Director since 2022. She has held executive roles at Gilead Sciences, Hyperion, and PeopleSoft and currently serves on the Boards of Alphabet, Eikon Therapeutics, Honeywell International, and Vertiv Holdings. Following her appointment, Arnold Donald will take on the role of Lead Independent Director.
