ServiceNow has announced an expansion of its strategic partnership with NVIDIA to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI for enterprise customers. Leveraging NVIDIA’s NIM Agent Blueprints and AI Enterprise platform, including NeMo framework and DGX Cloud, ServiceNow will co-develop AI Agents that streamline workflows and enhance productivity on the Now Platform. The new capabilities will simplify enterprise operations, allowing customers to deploy AI solutions such as Vulnerability Analysis for Container Security AI Agents with minimal setup. This builds on six years of collaboration between ServiceNow and NVIDIA, focused on integrating advanced AI into business transformation tools, including AI Agents introduced in September 2024, that can handle complex workflows from IT service management to customer service.
The partnership's impact is already visible among leading companies like American Honda, Siemens, and Visa. Siemens is using GenAI to improve efficiency across IT, HR, and customer service, while Visa leverages ServiceNow’s Disputes Management to enhance payment dispute resolution. As ServiceNow and NVIDIA co-develop use cases, such as the first-of-its-kind container vulnerability analysis AI, businesses across industries will have access to scalable AI agents tailored to their specific needs, with availability beginning in 2025. This collaboration underlines the companies’ commitment to equipping enterprises with robust, AI-driven tools to drive transformation and productivity in an increasingly AI-centric business environment.
