Chaim Indig, Chief Executive Officer
Chaim Indig has served as Phreesia’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board since co-founding the company in 2005. Indig has helped shape the healthcare experience and improve outcomes for patients, providers and staff. Under his leadership, Phreesia has established a broad national footprint, developed strategic partnerships with some of the world’s largest healthcare companies, and earned accolades for the company’s role in helping to making care more efficient and patient-centered. He also led Phreesia through its initial public offering in 2019 and was named one of The Software Report’s Top 50 SaaS CEOs in 2021. Prior to co-founding Phreesia, Indig spearheaded the introduction of the analytics software company, Spotfire, Inc., into the pharmaceutical marketing space.
Evan Roberts, Chief Operating Officer
Since co-founding Phreesia in 2005, Evan Roberts has led the company’s efforts to bring the highest value to its clients. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees Phreesia’s ongoing operations and procedures, including designing and implementing business practices and establishing policies that promote the company’s culture and vision. In this role, Roberts also oversees Phreesia’s Provider business, including Customer Solutions, Customer Operations, Sales and Sales Development. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer, and as Vice President, Customer Solutions. Prior to co-founding Phreesia, Roberts was a senior sales engineer at Spotfire, where he helped to penetrate new markets, resulting in significant net new revenue. There, he developed innovative applications and trained and managed his team to support and nurture these new markets.
Balaji Gandhi, Chief Financial Officer
Balaji Gandhi leverages more than 25 years of executive experience to oversee the company’s budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, financial analysis, internal controls and investor relations. Prior to joining Phreesia, he spent nearly a decade in leadership roles at companies including Madaket Health, Press Ganey and Fresenius Medical Care, where he worked across finance, corporate development, strategy and investor relations. Gandhi also spent more than a decade as an investment research analyst in the healthcare services market at several financial and investment firms, including Deutsche Bank, GE Capital and Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.
Jack Callahan, Chief Technology Officer
Jack Callahan has been with Phreesia since 2010. As Chief Technology Officer, he oversees Phreesia’s core and integration platforms, and is responsible for the company’s Patient Intake, Data Center Operations, Site Reliability Engineering and Analytics teams. Prior to joining Phreesia, Callahan was a developer and architect at Spotfire, where he worked on the professional services team helping clients from a wide range of industries gather and analyze their data.
Amy VanDuyn, SVP of Human Resources
Amy VanDuyn brings more than 20 years of HR experience to Phreesia, where she is responsible for the design and implementation of all talent strategies, policies and processes across the company. Prior to joining Phreesia, VanDuyn worked in human resource leadership roles across many industries, including hospitality, SaaS and public relations, contributing to the growth and culture of companies at a variety of sizes and stages. Her passion lies in working closely with business leaders to define and implement talent strategies that align with their business goals and creating environments where people can grow and excel in their careers.
David Linetsky, SVP of Life Sciences
David Linetsky is responsible for cultivating Phreesia’s partnerships with Life Sciences companies, supporting them in the development of healthcare products that deliver value and engage patients in their care. He has worked at Phreesia for more than a decade and held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Analytics and Insights, and Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Phreesia, Linetsky worked in academia as a researcher and instructor in the fields of biotechnology, mathematics and philosophy.
Allison Hoffman, General Counsel
As Phreesia’s General Counsel, Allison Hoffman manages the company’s Legal, Compliance, Risk, Privacy and Security teams. She has more than 25 years of legal and people-management experience. Prior to joining Phreesia, she served as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for Intersection, a digital technology company focused on improving life in cities and public spaces. Prior to joining Intersection, Hoffman oversaw the legal and human resources departments for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, culminating in oversight of the company’s sales.
