Tooey Courtemanche, Founder, President, CEO, Chairperson


Craig “Tooey” F. Courtemanche, Jr. is the Founder, CEO, President, and Chairman of the Board of Procore. He founded Procore in 2002 with a mission to connect everyone in construction on a global platform and is passionate about bringing together two often disparate worlds: construction and software. Tooey has always been a builder—whether working as an apprentice in a carpentry shop, as a real estate developer, or founding software companies. Under his leadership, Procore has grown to become a leading global provider of construction management software, connecting over 2 million users across 150+ countries. Today Procore trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PCOR.


Howard Fu – Chief Financial Officer


Howard Fu serves as Procore’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for leading Procore’s global finance organization, which encompasses financial planning & analysis, investor relations, corporate reporting & insights, procurement, sales incentive compensation, and stock administration. Mr. Fu has more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership positions with companies such as Visa, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and DocuSign. Most recently, he served as Vice President of FP&A at DocuSign, where he was a key contributor to the company’s IPO and led their Finance team through the company’s initial growth phase as a public company. Previously, he led the Sales Finance and M&A Finance teams at Salesforce as the company continued to grow at scale, and managed pricing and incentives for issuing banks while at Visa post-IPO. Mr. Fu holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA in Finance from Yale University, and an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.


Sarah Hodges, Chief Marketing Officer


Sarah Hodges has served as our Chief Marketing Officer since February 2023. She is responsible for the development of the strategic marketing plan and execution of all marketing activities globally. Ms. Hodges has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and go-to-market strategy, with deep expertise in marketing to the construction industry having previously led the construction business line at Autodesk. Most recently, she held the roles of General Manager of ShotGrid, a cloud-based production planning solution, and Vice President of Product Management for Autodesk’s Media and Entertainment portfolio. She currently plays an active role as a Board Overseer for the Boston Children’s Museum. Ms. Hodges holds a joint Marketing and Communications Business degree from Northeastern University.


Larry Stack, Chief Revenue Officer


Larry Stack has served as our Chief Revenue Officer since February 2024. He is responsible for leading our global revenue organization. Larry has over 20 years of experience in global revenue leadership across high-growth technology companies. Before joining Procore, he led Global Sales and Services at Red Hat, a leading enterprise software company under IBM’s umbrella of companies for six years. Before joining Red Hat, he served as the Chief Revenue and Sales Officer at DXC, and held numerous executive roles across Hewlett-Packard, Accenture, and Fujitsu. Before advancing through revenue leadership roles, Larry served the United States Air Force, then went on to serve the National Security Council and the United Nations. Larry holds a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maryland.


Inna Landman, Chief People Officer


Inna Landman is Chief People Officer at Procore Technologies. In this role, she spearheads the company’s people strategy and the critical functions that bring it to life, including talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, HR business partnering, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and talent operations and shared services. Inna is passionate about fostering a values led culture that unlocks human potential to drive business results. Prior to joining Procore, Inna spent over a decade at Workday, holding a variety of senior leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, People Experience & Insight. At Workday, Inna played a critical role in the company’s expansion from 2,500 to 20,000 employees, building and leading a team dedicated to recruiting exceptional talent and utilizing data analytics and technology to enhance the employee experience. Her efforts were pivotal to cultivating Workday’s culture during a period of hyper-growth while scaling the business. Prior to Workday, Inna held HR leadership roles at organizations such as Target, T-Mobile, Diamond Foods, and Oracle. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.

Corporate Responsibility

Education: Procore is addressing the construction industry’s labor shortage through education, tackling a challenge where 91% of construction companies reported moderate to high difficulty in finding skilled workers in 2021. Procore.org provides certified continuing education courses to over 100,000 individuals, has enrolled more than 69,000 apprentices and journeypersons in donated technology training programs, and offers over 170 free on-demand courses. By 2023, Procore had donated products and services to over 1,000 nonprofit builders, educational institutions, and training centers. Additionally, more than 30,000 students across 300 universities in 13 countries are learning to use Procore in the classroom. The company has donated access to over 97% of accredited construction management undergraduate programs in the U.S.


Mental Health: Construction has one of the highest suicide rates among men in the U.S., U.K., and Australia. In 2023, Procore partnered with The B1M to launch “Get Construction Talking,” a global mental health awareness initiative. This campaign raised over $80,000 to support mental health nonprofits in construction worldwide and included a two-part video series to raise awareness of mental health issues in the industry, amassing nearly 300,000 views on YouTube.


Diversity: Procore’s Women in Construction initiative engaged approximately 20,000 advocates through in-person and virtual events in 2023, growing its global community to 900 members. This initiative supports and empowers women in construction, fostering greater gender diversity in the industry. Significant progress has been made, with the number of women in construction in the U.S. reaching 1 million in 2023, accounting for 14% of the workforce.
