Scott MacKenzie, Chief Executive Officer


Scott MacKenzie is the Chief Executive Officer for RevSpring, joining the company in March of 2019. Scott is a veteran of healthcare industry technology, with over 25 years of leadership experience in consumer engagement, analytics, payments, and digital transformation. Most recently, Scott served as CEO of M*Modal, a leading technology provider of advanced clinical documentation solutions, recently acquired by 3M. The team at M*Modal focused on increasing productivity and the user experience of healthcare providers by seamlessly integrating technology and services to improve clinical documentation and allow physicians to focus on their patients and providing care.


Prior to that, Scott was CEO of Passport Health Communications until its acquisition by Experian, where he served as President of Experian Health. Scott was also part of McKesson Corporation as President of RelayHealth Pharmacy Solutions. He also held executive positions at Cerner Corporation, where he ran its Providing Care business unit focused on physician, nurse, pharmacist and consumer electronic health record (EHR) software.


Scott holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from Utah State University. He was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2024 Southeast Award finalist and named to Healthcare Technology Report’s Top 50 Healthcare Technology CEO list for 2022.


Valerie Mondelli, Executive Vice President – Chief Commercial Officer 


Valerie joined RevSpring as Executive Vice President – Chief Commercial Officer in June of 2020. Valerie is responsible for driving sales efforts and market strategy for RevSpring across all segments including healthcare and financial services. Most recently Valerie was Chief Revenue Officer at Verisys. Prior to that she was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for RelayHealth, a division of McKesson and has held several sales leadership roles with NDCHealth, FiServ, Derivion and Eli Lilly. Valerie has served on a number of boards including the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, WVU’s Pharmacy School Advisory Board and Georgia State’s Young Business Leaders. Valerie was recognized by Drug Store News as a 2023 Top Women in Health, Wellness & Beauty where she received the Business Excellence Award. She also was recognized by Hot Topics in 2016 as one of the Top 100 U.S. Sales Leaders & Operations Executives.


Howard Bright, Chief Technology Officer, Patient Engagement 


Howard Bright is our Chief Technology Officer of Patient Engagement. He joined RevSpring in April 2019 as Vice President, Patient Engagement, where he is responsible for developing and enhancing our solution suite for engaging patients at the front-end of the intake/access process including consents, pre-registration, eligibility, enrollment and other activities around this point of access. Howard brings over 27 years of experience in healthcare and information technology to the role covering technology, product development, product launch, software development, and development operations. His previous positions include EvidenceCare, InvisionHeart and Passport Health Communications.


Bill Needham, Chief Technology Officer, Digital 


Bill Needham joined RevSpring in 2015 as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the development of RevSpring’s customer-facing technology solutions and platforms. Bill is a healthcare technology industry and analytics industry veteran with 30 years of experience leading development organizations. Prior to joining RevSpring, Bill served as Vice President, Technology and Development at Wellness & Prevention, a Johnson & Johnson company. He has also held positions at Thomson Reuters Healthcare and Fair Isaac. Bill was named a Top 25 Healthcare Technology CTO of 2023 by The Healthcare Technology Report.
