Erin Underwood, CoS & EVP


Erin’s expertise in large program management for the DoD and intel has provided her tremendous relevant experience to lead Rohirrim’s growth by closing and managing major customer accounts. She has led major internal initiatives and stakeholder engagement at Rohirrim. As a Major in the Air Force she was an F15E WSO and went on to lead the Special Missions Branch in the Office of Special Investigations before moving to technical roles with SAIC and RevaComm.


Tim Meyers, COO


Tim’s experience as a venture capitalist, investor, advisor and operator in dozens of enterprise software companies provides him the experience to help lead the company’s business development and strategic growth. His past experience also includes leading more than 150 transactions that have helped companies accelerate growth that led to profitable exits for investors. He was a founder of Updata Partners, an enterprise software VC and most recently he helped lead Embody, Inc.’s growth and successful exit Zimmer Biomet (ZBH).


Brian Shealey, VP of Sales


Brian’s two decades of experience in go-to-market (GTM) and business development strategy provides the experience for him to lead Rohirrim’s sales organization. His management experience includes success in venture backed companies selling into both the commercial and public sector spaces. He most recently spending over two years as a VP at Trifacta, where he was responsible for executing its GTM strategy for the Public Sector team.


Andrew Shoaff, VP of Customer Success


Andrew’s two decades of experience as a customer success executive with multiple SaaS companies, where he helped lead customer success and delivered significant improvements in revenue retention and expansion. Andrew’s expertise provides Rohirrim with the skills needed to provide customers with top-tier support and training.


Savani Tatake, VP of Engineering


Savani’s management experience driving product innovation and leading the engineering teams working collaboratively with cross-functional teams will help ensure Rohirrim’s products continue to evolve with the customer’s needs as the top priority. Savani comes to Rohirrim from Nintendo, Meta, and T-Mobile, respectively, having made her mark at each organization in scaling through continuous process and engineering improvements.


Christian Meyer, VP of Finance


Christian is a high-growth software startup operator and investor with experience scaling companies from both sides of the table. He led Rohirrim’s Series A capital raise and has, in total, led +$100 million in capital raises from top-tier VC firms. Christian’s ability to plan for and execute org-wide scaling is a huge asset to Rohirrim. Most recently, Christian worked as an investor for Vocap Partners, an Atlanta-based venture capital firm leading Series A software rounds. Prior to Vocap, he worked for fintech startup Nymbus.

At the end of 2023, Rohirrim received $15 million in Series A funding led by Insight Partners, and has since added Bessemer Venture Partners and IBM Ventures as investors. In the past 18 months the company has grown by more than 10X and headcount has increased by 3X. IBM were so eager to invest in the company that they bought secondary shares from an early investor.  And, IBM, an AI leader themselves with watsonx.ai, use Rohirrim’s RohanRFP for their procurement processes, which goes to demonstrate how unique Rohirrim’s technology is and how difficult it is to replicate.
