Muller, who joined Visma as a trainee in 2011, has held various HR roles within the organization. Since 2020, she has served as People Director, where she significantly contributed to enhancing employee engagement and leadership development. With 30-40 companies joining annually through acquisitions, Visma's People team plays a vital role in fostering a strong, cohesive culture.
